From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. The office was bright, clean, and filled with fun, kid-friendly decorations that immediately put my daughter at ease. The dentist was so patient and kind, explaining everything in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable and even excited about her visit. She got to pick out a fun toy and balloon afterward and left with a big smile on her face. It's not often you come across a place where kids feel truly comfortable, but this dental office did just that. I’m so relieved to know that my daughter has a dental team she can trust and look forward to seeing. We went into it with such ease thanks to Dr. Jae and Mayra’s encouragement to us in the benefits of doing this minor procedure. It was fast and easy and we are already seeing changes to our son’s speech and the way he can eat now. This was a very easy procedure and we are so glad we did it because it has really improved our 3 year olds life for the better. I encourage anyone who is on the fence about their child’s tongue tie to have it taken care of, it will only improve their life. Thanks again Dr. Jae! Stephanie Van Tuyl2024-11-24My son is eight, and we have been seeing Dr. Jae for a year now, four separate visits. Two were for cleanings, and two were for dental related procedures. The office is bright and welcoming. The staff remembers not only my son’s name, but conversations that they had six months prior. Dr. Jae explains everything about his teeth to my son and to me and patiently answers all of my son’s questions. I drive 30 minutes to come here because I trust Dr. Jae and the staff with my son. Another thing I love is we never wait for our appointments. We are always seen right away and everything moves so quickly. I highly recommend Lovebee and Dr. Jae .
