My son is eight, and we have been seeing Dr. Jae for a year now, four separate visits. Two were for cleanings, and two were for dental related procedures. The office is bright and welcoming. The staff remembers not only my son’s name, but conversations that they had six months prior. Dr. Jae explains everything about his teeth to my son and to me and patiently answers all of my son’s questions. I drive 30 minutes to come here because I trust Dr. Jae and the staff with my son. Another thing I love is we never wait for our appointments. We are always seen right away and everything moves so quickly. I highly recommend Lovebee and Dr. Jae .

It was our first visit to Lovebee, and I was a bit nervous that my daughter might get upset and the doctor wouldn’t be able to do the exam. But everything went smoothly. My daughter happily played with the kitchen set and other toys in the lobby, and then calmly went in for her appointment. I really appreciated how friendly and welcoming everyone was. It was a great experience, and I’m so thankful to Dr. Jae and the entire Lovebee team!

The Dental Hygienist: She did my 4 yr olds very first cleaning, 4 X-rays, and flossing between 3 sets of molars that had apparently started touching one another- we hadn't noticed and were not flossing those. She was patient, attentive, and gentle. She was a pleasure to have attend us. The Dentist: I didn't experience what she may be like with restorative dental work at this time.

My son had an infection on his tooth that would make his cheek swell up and we took him to his previous dentist and they did nothing asked up to wait it out till November if possible. They didn’t give us anything to help him either. I called around different pediatric dentist and I landed at this one. Dr. Jae and her team are amazing. I called they took him in the next day and they scheduled emergency treatment to be done within the following two weeks. Because he needed to be put under. And she also gave my son antibiotics that was needed and it helped him as well. It was a long process with insurance included and they were communicative the whole time helping us out. Thank you to the whole staff for everything.

This dentistry office is absolutely fantastic. My daughter had a cracked baby tooth and they immediately saw her, even though we had just moved from out of the state and did not yet have a dentist. My daughter has always been scared of the dentist, but they were so kind, gentle and patient with her. Now she loves going to the dentist and asks to come back! Dr J is amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have never experienced such kindness, compassion and attention to detail. Definitely recommend.

We went to Dr Jae because we had been told by several other medical professionals (lactation consultants and pediatricians) that our some (2 months old) likely had a tongue tie or tongue restrictions. My worry was, “of course a dentist is going to say he needs a procedure, they are here to make money.” Our experience with Dr Jae was incredible. She sat down with us for almost 30 minutes, discussed our concerns and what led us there. We told her the entire birth story and many details of the last 2 months. She offered great professional and personal (her being a new mom, as well) insight. At the end of the appointment and exam, she did not believe a procedure was necessary and there would be little benefit to a procedure. She took a lot of time and listened to all our concerns and questions. Oh and the office is clean and welcoming. Unlike any dentist office I’ve been to. 10 out of 10 for Lovebee! 👍🏼

It was our first time at Lovebee and sure won’t be our last! The staff & kid friendly environment was absolutely amazing. My kids love their new dentist.

We love bringing our daughter to LoveBee! Dr. Jae and Miss Mayra are amazing! They are extremely patient and kind. My daughter has a hard time during procedures and they are always so patient and take as many breaks as needed to get the work done. They explain everything honestly and thoroughly. We feel lucky to have found them! Cannot recommend enough.

Our little one had his first dental checkup at Lovebee, and I felt nervous for him. But at Lovebee Pediatric Dentistry the care was beyond! Dr. Jae Kwak was gentle and very knowledgeable. We were given great advice for our little’s teeth and we’re feeling a lot more confident on how to continue to care for him during his teething process. The office is child environmentally friendly; very organized playroom with kids chairs and books. Very easy to book an appointment too!
